It’s her time is a body positivity and self-love embodiment movement, created to support and better the mental health of womxn and men in today’s society.


In a world dictated by money, power and aesthetics, we have been brought up separated and isolated from ourselves and each other, with beliefs that we don’t and aren’t enough.
